Great place to come and have some cold beers, chill and listen to music! Sea food at its finest! Fresh and always prepared nicely

Music is a selection of a live band and they play popular music!  Mix of Corridos and bands!

I recommend having the bomba. It's a mixture of seafood ceviche style.

Maybe I shouldn't have gave them 5 stars and put them at such high standards before. Today I took my dad and my little brother that came out from out of state and it wasn't the best service. Our waiter did what I absolutely disagree with, she took our order with out writing it all down. We were a decent size group so I didn't think it was a good idea. Maybe 15 minutes later she came back and ask if I ordered this random shrimp plate and I told her what I actually ordered and she showed enough proof as to why waiters should write down the orders. She then brought everyones plates one by one and with a good 10 minutes in between every plate. The food came out great but I didn't like the service.
There was also live music (a group of 3 guys going from table to table only playing you a song after you pay them) and they were playing the entire time we were there at just one table because they kept requesting for more. I like live music but not when it's inside a small restaurant and in your ear. I personally think there should really be a 3 song limit because I was trying to have a conversation with my dad but that wasn't going to happen until we stepped out after our meal.
Overall the food was good, the service wasn't the greatest and the live music was too much after 3 songs.

Food took forever to come out. I got the famous ceviche and it didn't even taste nothing like lemon. Ceviche had no taste. Waitress also took forever to get us refilled and get the tap. We sat for over 30 minutes just to get the tap.

This place serves delicious tostadas. I like that I have the choice of my shrimp cooked in lime juice or boiled. The octopus is cooked to perfection, not overly done.
I like Jamaica to drink or a michelada.
The fish empanadas are amazing but come out HOT so be careful.

I like the decor here. It's all themed after a place in Mexico named Tepic. The actual beaches are pictured on the walls which makes it feel authentic. The brightly colored chairs are my favorite. They have a few TVs and Latin music playing

I think the service is ok. People come around trying to sell you movies or a sing you a song for $10. It can be uncomfortable to say no but they aren't pushy. Some of them sing really well and i like hearing what they can do. I get a song when I can.

Apparently this is the spot on a Sunday night. Restaurant was very busy. They had a live Banda as well. But the way the speaker was set up was horrible and it was way too loud for such small venue. Just beware, you might lose your voice from screaming to the person next to you. Service was good despite the fact that they were very busy, and us being such a large group.

For food, I went with the "Camarones a la Diabla"... um  never again. The sauce was way too sweet and it tasted like a spicy ketchup concoction. It was served with rice and beans and  your choice of either corn or flour tortillas.
My boyfriend had the "Garlic Shrimp" and they were okay. The garlic was not fresh and tasted very artificial. All my friends order something different and nothing looked amazing.

Overall this place was more for entertainment and not so much for the food.
